Gaining a rounded view of the charity
We did extensive research with key audiences including researchers, donors, staff, and trustees. We also used online surveys to engage audiences from around the UK. These research insights were essential in helping us to develop the proposition, values, and new identity for the Medical Research Foundation.
At the heart of this new identity for the charity is the need to fundraise, thrive, and support the UK research community. Our research shone a light on the charity’s unique research funding approach and showed an organisation that is human-centred and forward-thinking.
