Identity for a new grantmaker
Growing community business
Since 2015, Power to Change has worked with local businesses to support, develop and grow community business across England. The independent charitable trust aims to accelerate the growth and impact of community business, to create better places to live.

We collaborated with the charity to build a new brand identity – one that has a sense of community at its core, which is visually represented by the symbol we created. The logotype emphasises 'change' to communicate how positive transformation within neighbourhoods is enabled by the trust, but delivered by its people.
Targeting wider audiences
The identity marks a coming of age for the organisation, both internally and externally, as it prepares to target wider audiences beyond the current B2B environment.
Following the launch of the new brand, Power to Change has continued to make grants that have seen local businesses prosper across the country.
Bring the new identity online
After we created the Power to Change brand identity, we worked in partnership with their web developers to bring the new identity online. The new website is easily navigable, and with every page is a clear purpose.
The site uses photography from grantees, along with an icon-based visual approach.
