National Audit Office cites British Business Bank Annual report

British Business Bank’s Annual Report and Accounts has been cited by the National Audit Office in their 'Good practice in annual reporting' guide published recently.

Red Stone was instrumental in the three areas held up as examples: Communicating the operating model in relation to the mission, communicating KPIs in relation to strategic priorities and use of clear language and graphics.
